DAY 1
Firfol, Beuvron-en-Auge
Arrive peacefully in Normandy and head to the Academy of Behavioral Teaching in Firfol to discover horse-drawn carriage driving. Take part in an introductory session—no need to be an experienced rider to enjoy the pleasure of connecting with a horse! To round off the morning, enjoy a carriage ride along the picturesque paths of the Pays d’Auge.
Lunch is at your own expense. Take this opportunity to explore the flavors of Normandy in a restaurant of your choice.
In the afternoon, make a stop at Beuvron-en-Auge, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. Stroll through its charming streets, admire the half-timbered houses, and soak in the authentic Norman atmosphere. To end the day on a high note, visit a Norman cider estate, where you will discover the secrets behind local beverages, followed by a tasting session.
Dinner is at your own expense. Indulge in local cuisine at a restaurant of your choice. For the night, enjoy an included stay in a charming bed and breakfast, allowing you to extend your Norman experience in an authentic setting.
DAY 2
Deauville
After a well-deserved rest, head to the International Equestrian Center. There, you will meet Franck Le Mestre, the director, who will reveal the secrets of organizing international show jumping and dressage competitions. With guided backstage tours, participants will gain exclusive access to areas usually reserved for professionals and get up close to the horses!
After this fascinating morning, enjoy a lunch at your own expense and savor more of the local cuisine.
To wrap up the trip, visit the city of Deauville and soak in its ambiance with a walk along Les Planches, the famous boardwalk by the beach. A guided tour can also be arranged upon request.
